Seguridad Privada Okip S.A. de C.V. ("OKIP"), located at Camino a Cruz del Palmar 204, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
Personal data we collect
Through the contact form on this site we collect: institution or agency, full name, role, email address, phone number, level of government and the message you share with us.
We do not collect sensitive personal data through this site.
Purposes of processing
Primary purposes: responding to your contact or demo request, following up on the commercial or institutional relationship and providing information about the OKIP platforms (COVIA, GIA, RIA and FIDES).
Secondary purposes: sending you communications about OKIP updates, events or new services. You may object to these purposes at any time by writing to the email below.
Data transfers
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties without your consent, except in the cases set out in article 37 of the LFPDPPP (e.g., requests from a competent authority).
ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), and to revoke your consent.
To exercise them, send your request to mesadeayuda@okip.com.mx stating your full name, the right you wish to exercise and a clear description of the data in question. We will respond within the legal timeframes.
Tracking technologies
This site does not use advertising tracking cookies. Site resources (fonts, images, code) are served from our own domain.

OKIP may update this privacy notice to reflect legal changes or internal policies. Any changes will be published on this page.
